Hi! I'm Hailey, the creator behind Setz By Hailey.
I've always loved being creative, and what started as making a custom press-on set for myself quickly turned into a small business. I love creating unique nail sets because each one allows me to express my creativity while helping others feel confident.
Creating nails has also helped me step outside my comfort zone and grow more confident in myself. When I'm not making nail sets, I'm working part-time while pursuing my future career goals.

How long does processing take?
Every set is made to order and typically ships within 1 to 2 weeks. Custom designs may take a little longer, we will always keep you posted.
How do I choose my size?
Use the Standard Size Chart in the Sizing Guide above (XS, Small, Medium, Large). For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend the Quarter Sizing Method instead.
What is the Quarter Sizing Method?
To ensure the best fit, place a quarter next to your hand and take two clear photos from directly above. One photo of your four fingers with your hand lying flat. How do I choose my nail shape and length?
Please list your desired nail shape and nail length in the comments section of your order. Lengths available are short, medium and long. Shapes available are square, almond, coffin, stiletto and oval.
How much is shipping?
Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99. FREE Shipping on Orders $80+.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. DM us on Instagram @setzby_hailey with inspiration photos, your color palette, and any shape or length ideas. We will send back a mock and pricing.
What is your return policy?
Because every set is handmade and hygienic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help resolve it.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my nails last?
With proper application and careful removal, your set may be reusable. Nail glue wear typically lasts about 1 to 2 weeks depending on your lifestyle and care. Adhesive tabs typically last 1 to 3 days for a lighter, gentler wear.
Can I get them wet?
Properly applied nails can withstand normal hand washing and showering. Prolonged soaking should be avoided to preserve wear time.
What comes with my order?
10 handmade reusable gel press-on nails, nail glue, adhesive tabs, a mini nail file, buffer, and cuticle pusher.
How do I pay?
